Supported Software

We regularly work with a wide range of software applications.
If you are planning on sending us a file, it may help to look at the list below.
If your application is not listed, please call us so we can make sure your project is handled accordingly.

We recommend using one of the following software applications:

Adobe Acrobat - .pdf	CorelDraw X7 - .cdr
Adobe Illustrator CC - .ai or .eps	Microsoft Publisher 2010 - .pub
Adobe InDesign CC - .indd	Quark XPress 8 - .qxd
Adobe PhotoShop CC - .psd

All earlier versions of the programs listed are also accepted.
Both MAC and PC are accepted!

FONTS & LINKS: Please remember to include all document fonts or convert them to curves or outlines. Make sure that all graphic links are updated and included. Most professional software applications have an option for you to package or prepare your documents for a print service provider. For further instruction regarding this matter feel free to contact us.

BLEED: Artwork should be submitted at the final trim size plus .125 inches of bleed on each edge.

RICH BLACK: For large black area, we recommend the use of a deep, rich black color, consider this CMYK swatch: C=30%; M=30%; Y=30%; K=100%. PLEASE NOTE: For body copy in black, use only 100% Black.

WHAT RESOLUTION FOR THE BEST PRINT QUALITY?
Under most circumstances you will want to use images with at least 300 dpi (dot per inch) to achieve the best print quality. We recommend at least 1200 dpi for line art bitmap images.

In order to expedite your project, please supply us with a hard copy printout.

If your project is color critical, a hard copy color proof is recommended.

If your project is folded, a folded mock-up is preferred.
